In just a couple years, we broadened our services to include residential property preservation services, in addition to residential cleaning. This new arm of our business allowed us to offer a range of services aimed at preserving vacant and foreclosed properties and ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard. Our services include general contracting to address damaged or dilapidated properties, as well as general maintenance services like lawn care. We also provide deep cleaning after property remodels and new construction.
Rest Assured offers Housekeeping services for Short Term Rental properties
Today, Rest Assured has expanded yet again, and we are now proud to offer housekeeping services for short-term rental properties like those listed on Airbnb and Vrbo. We understand the importance of a clean and well-maintained property for both rental property owners and their renters, which is why we have designed our services to meet these exacting standards.
To ensure that we can provide reliable and trustworthy service, we perform extensive background checks on all our cleaning crews. We also require our crews to provide proof of insurance, which we monitor and verify every month. This way, our clients can rest assured that they are working with a team of professionals who are reliable and trustworthy.
Once the cleaning job begins, our crews follow a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure that nothing is left undone or incomplete. We also provide before-and-after pictures to our clients as verification that the job has been done to their satisfaction. If the job is not completed to the clients satisfaction and they notify us within 24 hours, we will return to the property and correct any issues.
