  • How far in advance will I need to book for services?

    We request that you schedule at least 3 days prior to the date that you are needing service however expedited service is available at an additional fee.

  • Will I have the same cleaner everytime?

    You will be able to control which cleaning company that you would like to use prior to booking.

  • Are cleaning supplies included in the service?

    Yes, we bring all of the cleaning supplies, mops and brooms however we do ask that each property has its own vacuum. If it doesn't no problem. We just ask that it is noted during the booking process and we will supply one. 

  • Are the cleaners employees of Rest Assured?

    No, Rest Assured offers prescreening of the cleaning companies, including conducting background checks and monthly monitoring on insurance status of the cleaning services that hold contracts with us. In addition to this we also closely monitor each work order, from beginning to end, to assure each cleaning is carefree and done to your satisfaction.

  • What is your service area?

    We service Oklahoma City and all surround areas that are within a 30-mile radius.

  • How will the cleaners access the home on the day of cleaning?

    We are flexible and do our best to accommodate what works for you. Most of our clients hide the keys under mats, provide us with door codes, garage codes etc.

  • Will you move furniture?

    We do not move furnature, however we will do our best to thoroughly clean around and under furniture as needed.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We only accept electronic forms of payment via credit card, debit card and electronic checks.

  • Do you offer laundry services?

    Yes, in home laundry services is a common service that we provide.

  • Will I have the same cleaning crew for every cleaning?

    We do our best to keep a consistent crew servicing each client, particuarly for consistent reaccuring clients.  As the client, you will be able to select the cleaning company you prefer.
